The App is provided free, "as is," with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App — or any feature, including saved progress or virtual items — at any time, with or without notice.
The App's original content, design, and branding belong to us. "Discord" and the Discord logo are trademarks of Discord Inc. The Daily Flop is an independent, unofficial project built on Discord's public Activities platform and is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Discord.
The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of saved progress or virtual items.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
