The Daily Flop ("the App," "we," "us") is a free Discord Activity — a poker practice and casino-style minigame app that runs inside Discord. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and how it's handled.

Your Discord access token is used briefly to confirm your identity with Discord's own API, and is cached in server memory for up to five minutes to avoid repeat requests — it is never written to disk. Your gameplay save data is stored in a database on our hosting provider until you ask us to delete it.
The App runs on Fly.io (application server and database hosting) and Cloudflare (static file hosting). Like virtually any web host, these providers may keep standard infrastructure-level logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamps) as part of normal operation — we don't separately collect or analyze that data ourselves.
We keep your gameplay save data until you ask us to remove it. To request deletion of your data, contact us at invitrace.business@gmail.com. We'll remove your saved data within a reasonable time of a verified request.
The App is only accessible inside Discord and is subject to Discord's own age requirements. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone who doesn't meet Discord's minimum age requirement.
We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
